The Ownership Table

A community space where everyday people ask real questions about property and ownership — without pressure, jargon, or judgment.

What Is It?

A Space Built for
Real Questions

The Ownership Table is a community learning initiative founded by Maryann Nduagu. It exists because most people make ownership decisions — buying a home, starting a business, selling a property — without fully understanding what they’re getting into.

We fix that. No sales pitches. No gimmicks. Just honest conversations about what ownership actually requires, what it costs, and how to think about it clearly.

Events are hosted regularly in the Houston area and are open to everyone — from first-time buyers to experienced investors looking to sharpen their thinking.
